Welcome to Pulse Padel LLC ("Company", "we", "our", or "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website, social media commerce channels (including Instagram), and any purchases made from us. By accessing our platform, interacting with our brand, or placing an order, you explicitly agree to be bound by the policies outlined below.

1. Business & Corporate Registration

Pulse Padel LLC is a legally registered limited liability company established under the rules and regulations of the Sharjah Media City (SHAMS) Freezone, Sharjah, United Arab Emirates. We operate in full compliance with the commercial laws of the Emirate of Sharjah and the federal laws of the UAE.

2. Orders, Pricing, and Currency

  • Pricing: All prices listed across our platforms are displayed in UAE Dirhams (AED) unless explicitly stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change at any time without prior notice.

  • Order Acceptance: We reserve the absolute right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order at our sole discretion due to product unavailability, inaccuracies in product descriptions, pricing errors, or suspected unauthorized or fraudulent transactions.

3. Strict No-Returns and No-Exchanges Policy

All sales are final. Pulse Padel LLC operates under a strict No-Returns and No-Exchanges Policy. Once an order has been processed, dispatched, and delivered, it cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded for a change of mind, personal preference, or mistaken product selection. Please review your order details, racket specifications, and choices thoroughly before finalizing your purchase.

4. Damaged Goods & Refund Exceptions

The only exception to our final sale policy is if a product arrives structurally damaged due to a manufacturing defect or transit issue. To qualify for a refund or replacement under this exception, the customer must strictly comply with the following verification process:

  • Strict 24-Hour Reporting Window: You must formally report the damage by emailing us within 24 hours of the shipping carrier marking the package as delivered. Reports made after this 24-hour window will be permanently disqualified from review.

  • Required Media Evidence: Your email claim must include clear photographic and/or video evidence explicitly proving the damage or defect, alongside your original order number and proof of purchase.

  • Gameplay Exclusion: This policy only applies to transit or manufacturing defects present at delivery. Structural damage, cracks, edge-guard scrapes, or cosmetic chips caused by gameplay, impact with court glass/walls, or collision with another racket are strictly excluded from claims.

  • Inspection and Approval: We reserve the right to evaluate the digital evidence provided. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method or as store credit, at our sole discretion.

5. International Shipping & Customs Charges

We ship to select regional and international destinations via our third-party logistics partners.

  • Exclusion of Import Fees: Pulse Padel LLC is not responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, clearance fees, value-added taxes (VAT), or brokerage charges levied by the destination country.

  • Customer Responsibility: All such additional fees are determined entirely by your local customs authority and are the sole financial responsibility of the customer.

  • Refusal of Delivery: If a shipment is returned, abandoned, or destroyed by the carrier due to the customer's refusal to pay local customs charges, Pulse Padel LLC will not issue a refund for either the shipping fees or the purchased items.

6. Intellectual Property

All content featured on our website and social media channels—including but not limited to brand logos, product photography, text, graphics, and design layouts—is the exclusive property of Pulse Padel LLC. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of this media is strictly prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates, Pulse Padel LLC shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of, or the inability to use, our products or digital platforms.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates and the local laws applicable in the Emirate of Sharjah. Any disputes, controversies, or claims arising out of or relating to these policies shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Sharjah, United Arab Emirates.
